Delete your data

You can take your data out of Postato whenever you want. The path depends on what you want to delete.

Disconnecting does not delete

In Settings, Connections, disconnecting makes Postato stop accessing the Instagram account. What was already read stays in the workspace, for you to look up. To delete it, use one of the paths below.

Delete the workspace

Only the Owner can. In Workspace settings, tap Delete workspace and type its name to confirm.

• The workspace disappears from the panel right away, for every member.
• Connected accounts are disconnected and automations are turned off.
• The data is deleted for good after 30 days, images included.

Delete your account

On your account page, tap Delete my account and type your e-mail to confirm. Name, e-mail and photo are deleted right away. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer it or delete it first.

Without a plan, the data is deleted too

When the trial ends without a plan, or the plan is cancelled, the panel is read-only for 30 days. We warn by e-mail 7 days and 1 day before and, after that, the workspace's data is deleted.

Remove Postato on Instagram

In Instagram's settings, remove Postato from the connected apps. Meta sends us a deletion request and the data of that Instagram account is deleted as soon as the request is processed.

Ask by e-mail

Write to privacidade@postato.com.br with the account's @ or the e-mail you sign in with. This path also works for people who commented on or messaged an account that uses Postato.

Daily backups of the database are kept for up to 30 days: deleted data leaves them within that period.
