Your agency's own brand

On the Agência plan, the team and the clients see the agency's brand in place of Postato. It all lives in Settings, Brand, and only the Owner and the Admins change that tab.

Name, logos and color

Product name

shows in the top bar, the browser tab, the sign-in page and the e-mails. Up to 30 characters.

Logos

one for light backgrounds and one for dark backgrounds, SVG or PNG with a transparent background, up to 256 KB. With no logo, the dashboard shows the symbol and the name.

Accent color

buttons, links and the active item. The dashboard checks the contrast in both themes and works out a tone for the dark theme on its own, which you can also set by hand.

The brand applies on the agency's own domain. On app.postato.com.br, the dashboard keeps the Postato brand.

Tab icon

The Tab icon is the picture in the browser tab while the dashboard is open on the agency's domain.

1. In Settings, Brand, under Tab icon, tap Replace.
2. Pick a square PNG or SVG, at least 64 px and up to 256 KB.
3. The preview shows the icon on a light tab and on a dark tab.

The icon shows even before the dashboard loads, so the tab never shows Postato's icon on the agency's domain. With no icon of its own, the tab shows the workspace icon (the one in Settings, Workspace) and, if there is none either, the initial of the name in the accent color. The wide logo never becomes a tab icon. Remove goes back to those, and Back to the Postato brand removes the icon along with the name, the logos and the color.

Domain and e-mails

Custom domain

the dashboard and the sign-in page open on a subdomain of the agency, like dashboard.youragency.com. You create a CNAME record in the DNS, we check every 10 minutes, and we issue and renew the https certificate at no cost.

E-mails from your address

invites, sign-in links and notices go out with the agency's name and address, once the DNS records are verified.

Powered by Postato

on the Agência plan, you can hide the small line at the bottom of the sign-in page.

Three screens keep the Postato name, because they belong to Google, Meta and TikTok: Sign in with Google, connecting Instagram and connecting TikTok.

> [!NOTE] > If the workspace leaves the Agência plan, the domain and the sender are paused: the dashboard opens on Postato's address, with Postato's icon, and the e-mails go out through Postato. Nothing is deleted. With the plan back, everything works again with no DNS work.
